Smaill v Buller District Council (HC)

Sarah Macky, together with senior counsel, acted for the insurer of the Buller District Council (the council). The council sought indemnification under its policy of insurance. The court found that the insurer was not liable as the council had failed to disclose material circumstances to the insurer.
