We won a personal grievance claim brought against our client, the New Plymouth Club Inc, an employer.
The employee alleged that he was unjustifiably dismissed (constructively) and pursued a claim in the Employment Relations Authority. The Authority determined that he was not constructively dismissed and he did not have a personal grievance. The employer was vindicated in defending the case and taking the expensive step of pursuing the case to a hearing.
