Ashley was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in February 2020 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce (double majoring in finance and management) and Bachelor of Laws conjoint degree at the University of Auckland.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley worked as a Barrister for a senior insurance Barrister.
While working as a Barrister, she gained expertise in all areas of insurance litigation and providing indemnity advice under a range of insurance policies.
Notably, Ashley has worked on high-profile insurance matters, including the Sky City Convention Centre fire and the White Island Eruption.
