Dominic graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws and from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Studies and French.  He was admitted to the bar in 2016.

Dominic commenced his legal career as a law clerk for a national firm. He then gained over 3 years’ experience in the medico-legal and accident compensation fields. After completing a successful secondment, he worked for the Accident Compensation Corporation on a permanent basis.  Dominic managed disputes in the statutory review process brought by claimants and employers against decisions made by the Corporation.  He appeared on behalf of the Corporation at hearings and mediations.

Dominic joined our team in July 2021. He primarily acts for real estate agents and property managers on a broad range of matters, including disciplinary matters and civil litigation claims. He also acts on employment matters, including restructure proposals for employers and personal grievance claims for both employers and employees.

Dominic has also represented architects, engineers, plumbers and forestry professions in a range of matters including public liability, professional indemnity claims and WorkSafe investigations.
