LEAKY BUILDING OWNER WINS CASE AGAIN PRE PURCHASE INSPECTOR

Rosemary Macfarlane bought a townhouse later found to be extensively water damaged, despite a building report for the seller giving it the "all clear'.  She sued the report writer and won.
