Mullen v Rodney District Council (HC)

This was a professional liability claim brought by the former owner a property.  Susan acted for the council and its insurer. She successfully defended the council against claims that the council’s actions had led to the claimant’s mortgagee selling her property. The council escaped all liability for the claim.
